Team Anglerfish

This was a quick doodle that got out of hand. It's the main team of the best anime of the year, Girls und Panzer.

I didn’t put any thought into it at the time (more like I completely forgot) but I just drew them all as earth ponies by default. If I were to redraw them, I would change that for a few of them.

Miho: Doesn’t really matter. She can be anything. I’d probably just leave her.

Hana: Definitely a unicorn. She’s very dexterous and just that kind of person.

Yukari: Definitely earth pony. If she wasn’t strong before, she is now after hauling all those rounds everywhere. In fact, there’s this one piece of fanart floating around with a decently muscular Yukari. I like that one a lot because those shells aren’t light.

Saori: Saori can be anything, but I’m kind of leaning towards a pegasus for no real reason. I just think it fits her.

Mako: Definitely a pegasus. For the most part Mako epitomizes squandered or wasted potential. So having her be a super mobile pegasus that spends all her time sleeping and being lazy only reinforces that.
